WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THE ACQUISITION OF FAIRWAY LAKES PARK
Fairway Lakes Park forms part of the Caldecott Hall Country Park 400 Acre Estate in Norfolk. Having entered a Management Agreement in April of this year to run the park (on a behalf of the exiting owner), we are delighted to confirm that we have now completed the Freehold Purchase.
The park currently has 45 luxury two story holiday homes, there is significant opportunity to expand the operation and we look forward to taking the park and its holiday home owners on the next stage of its growth plan.
Hannah Hewitt will continue to manage the park until October 2021 before commencing maternity leave. Upon Hannah’s leave, Kayleigh Cassidy will transfer as the General Manager of Waterside Hotel & Park to the role of General Manager at Caldecott Hall Country Park.
Fairway Lakes, is an integral part of the long term development strategy of Caldecott Hall Country Park and we are excited to add the operation to the Tingdene Holiday Parks portfolio.
