We’re delighted to announce the launch of the HR Hub – our brand-new HR system.

The HR Hub has been designed to help us move further forwards with our ‘One Group’ mentality by bringing together colleagues, policies, and resources from across the group.

By using the HR Hub, managers will be able to efficiently manage their team rotas, approve holidays and engage in recruitment.

The HR Hub is a cloud-based system that you can you access from a laptop, computer, tablet, or mobile device. You can also download an app for direct access to your own designated ‘HR Hub’ user space.

Over the past few months, we’ve been getting the HR Hub ready so that you can use it as soon as you log in! You can now check and submit important things such as your holiday bookings, next of kin and current address details.

Training on using the HR Hub can be found right here, on the TingTeam portal under ‘HR Hub User Guide’.

The User Guide includes video links that cover most areas of the system, but if you need further support, please contact HR by submitting a ‘HR Queries Form’.

You may see training on modules that you may not have access to, such as Timesheets or Shift Scheduling, however some colleagues across the group will be allocated these modules depending on their working pattern.

Timesheets are auto-populated via the shift scheduling module, so if you do have timesheets you don’t need to fill anything in unless you’ve worked additional hours.

If you have been allocated the timesheets module, this will be auto-populated from the shift scheduling module so you don’t need to  help to manage time off in lieu

You will receive a welcome email from Sage today, 8 June – we’ve used everyone’s work email addresses so please check your spam/junk boxes if your email doesn’t arrive.

Once you’ve received your e-mail, please follow the link to set your password so that you’re ready to use the new HR Hub.
