Computers, Laptops, Tablets, Phones, Servers, VOIP Phone systems, CCTV, and all operational software like Microsoft 365, SAGE, TRAMS, and Havenstar. The Tech Team also manages the support functions that relate to Websites, External Support Technicians, Cloud Storage Facilities, and Security.
If you encounter issues or you require operational support, or if you require replacement equipment then the first step you should take is the completion of the form on the button below.
If for some reason the form is not operating correctly, or you are not able to access the internet or the portal you should take one of the following steps –
Call the Tech Help Desk number on 01933 449077. If not answered immediately, please leave a message. A ticket will then be logged into the system and a member of our team will get back to you.
If an email or call cannot be made, it is possible to SMS the Tech Help Desk on 07537431554, this will also create a ticket in the system. This mobile number cannot accept calls.
Please note, EMAIL is no longer a valid method for obtaining support, upon receipt, a reminder will be sent and the email deleted.

A complaint is seen as an opportunity to review and evaluate the service we deliver and provide.
Our complaints procedure is clear and precise and we hope that it provides our customers with the confidence that their complaint will be treated confidentially and with no retribution.

If a customer would like for us to register a complaint on their behalf then you should do so by completing the form below. A copy of the complaint will also be sent to the customer upon your submission. Please ensure time is taken to capture all the details submitted by the customer and check the data captured is correct before pressing submit.
By ticking one of the boxes in Question 4. Your submission will automatically be sent to the person within that business operation that is responsible for managing customer complaints. You will also receive a copy of your submission.
