Remember you are entitled to take holidays away from your place of work.

Our holiday year runs from January to December, during which time the entitlement for a full time team member is 32 days holiday (including bank holidays). Holiday entitlement will be adjusted pro rata if you work part time. Holidays cannot be carried over to the following year unless you have gained prior agreement from a company Director.

We encourage you to plan your holidays in advance and submit your holiday forms as soon as you possibly can. Remember not every employee can have the 1st week of August off work at the same time.

It is perfectly acceptable for all employees to ask for time off for a holiday, a healthy work-life balance is essential.
