We’re delighted to announce that earlier this week we completed the freehold purchase of Waveney River Centre in Suffolk.
Situated in the very heart of the Broads National Park, the 24-acre site has been family run since 2003.
Waveney River Centre boasts a wide variety of holiday homes, accommodation and leisure facilities, including lodges, apartments, a farmhouse and cottage, yurts, pods, touring and camping pitches, a hotel with bar & restaurant and a pool. The park also has a marina which can currently accommodate up to 130 moorings.
There is planning permission currently in place for future growth, along with significant opportunity to develop this popular holiday destination further.
