New acquisition of Ashfield Park
We’re delighted to announce that earlier this week our portfolio of Residential Parks reached 28 as we completed the acquisition of Ashfield Park in North Lincolnshire.
Situated in a rural, yet convenient location on the western outskirts of Scunthorpe and on the edge of the proposed Lincolnshire Lakes Development, the 14.1-acre site has been a family run business since it’s opening in 1954.
Today, the Park is occupied by 136 homes with a park license for a further 24.
We’re looking forward to bringing Ashfield into the fold and welcoming three new people to the Tingdene family.
