We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Flaunden Park near Hemel Hempstead.
Named after the picturesque village in which it is located, Flaunden Park is an established residential park of 40 homes and sits on the Herts/Bucks border, 5 miles east of the market town of Chesham, with views over the valley of the River Chess and the surrounding countryside.
Previously privately owned by Michael and Jacqueline Redding the park has been sold as they embark on a well-earned retirement.
From a management perspective Dave Smith who looks after Caddington, Collinswood and Three Star Parks will be managing the day-to-day operations at Flaunden Park going forward.
The location, size and community of the park are a great fit for the Tingdene Parks portfolio and we look forward to welcoming the residents into the group.
