Dear Tingdene Group team members,
We continue to thank you for your hard work, dedication and commitment at the start of 2023.
2023 is taking shape like no other year in recent times. Rising interest rates coupled with significantly high inflation has caused UK wide uncertainty with regards to the growing cost of living. Throughout the UK, individuals and businesses alike are facing increasingly difficult periods directly impacted by global crises, harsher mortgages and the instability of the future price of goods, materials, fuel and utility supplies.
To that end, we wish to advise that as at 1 April 2023, each team member of the Tingdene Group will receive an increase in their basic salary of 7.3%.
This salary change will be provided as an addendum to your existing contract. Please bear with our HR department through the course of April as the administrative task is completed.
As a business we continue to look at ways to support our various teams wherever possible including financial security, health benefits, increased holiday entitlements and/or general wellbeing support.
All Residential Park, Holiday Park & Marina Managers should ensure that their respective teams are equally aware of this announcement and increase as soon as is reasonably possible. We appreciate not everyone has immediate access to the portal or review their emails daily.
